ok say no more..me cooked for our lunch on 11/12/11.
4 dory - cut 1/2, cleaned and seasoned with black pepper & salt
1 egg - light beat
1/2 cup corn flour
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp tumeric / curry powder
salt & pepper to taste
add all ing A.
coated fillet in the egg mixture
then coated fillet with flour mixture
then fried till golden crispy.
