fried cauliflower

the best way to enjoyed vege without feeling guilty with the oily crispy fried flour...sooooo yummy

my mom prepared this meal for us...maybe mummy in ''diet zone''  hehehe..:)

how to prepared? it's sooooooo easypeasy thing to do at yr kitchen.

1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
a dash of tumeric powder
salt to taste
white pepper to taste
1 egg

combine all the ing. add water {as enough water to make batter (not too thick / thin batter)}
dip yr cauliflower to the batter &
fried (deep fried method) till golden crisp.
enjoyed with chili sauce or mayonis dip.
