fried cauliflower

the best way to enjoyed vege without feeling guilty with the oily crispy fried flour...sooooo yummy

my mom prepared this meal for us...maybe mummy in ''diet zone''  hehehe..:)

how to prepared? it's sooooooo easypeasy thing to do at yr kitchen.


ing.
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
a dash of tumeric powder
salt to taste
white pepper to taste
1 egg
water

methods
combine all the ing. add water {as enough water to make batter (not too thick / thin batter)}
dip yr cauliflower to the batter &
fried (deep fried method) till golden crisp.
enjoyed with chili sauce or mayonis dip.

 baked cake for my brother's birthday.
he did asked me, ''x bole buat cofee cake ke B?
i answered him that dis cake is not for us..somebody ordered it...bahaha...

so i decided to make a ship figure inside the cake....it suppose to be bigger than that..but i satisfied with the result.

apple pie

i decided to make some apple pie that similiar to the mc'd...i stumbled with this recipe
so i tried it for the very first time..it's turn out lovely, but not sooo perfect, but i'm pretty sure i'll back to make them one fine day with perfection result...made on 10/12/11 for mummy's teabreak.
